Montana Chapter IAWP Awards
Individuals and/or groups may receive awards from the Montana Chapter of IAWP for advancing workforce development or advancing IAWP objectives. The awards program is a vital part of the association. It allows IAWP to recognize the outstanding efforts of workforce professionals.
Montana Spark Plug Award
The Spark Plug Award recognizes individuals that put the "spark" in your sub-chapter or the Montana chapter and energizes our membership.
CRITERIA The nominee should exhibit an interest in IAWP and its objectives, and promote IAWP. A. Promoting and otherwise being the "spark" for IAWP. This award is presented for service to and promoting the objectives of IAWP. Someone you know meets the criteria of this award and would be very honored if you would nominate them.
ELIGIBILITY Nominations that fail to meet each of the eligibility requirements will be disqualified. • This award is open to all IAWP members (full members including retiree, and associate members), including those working in other employment and training related organizations.
• IAWP membership is required in both the year during which the activity occurred and the year in which the nomination was submitted.
• The major part of the activity/performance to be considered must have occurred during the calendar year preceding the year in which the award is granted.
Note: Based on the quality of nominations, the selection team can decide not to present a Spark Plug Award.
